SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — July 21, 2026 — On 7/10/2026 Independent recording artist P-Stubbz801 has officially released "Hit Em Up," a new diss single produced by Don P and inspired by a real-life collaboration that ultimately fell apart.

Prior to its release, preview clips circulated on TikTok, generating discussion among followers and members of the independent hip-hop community. Following its official release, the record has continued to spark conversations regarding artist partnerships, mutual promotion, and professionalism within independent music.

Unlike many diss records built around manufactured controversy, "Hit Em Up" is rooted in what the artist describes as a real-life experience involving a failed collaboration, one-sided promotion, and the frustrations of investing time, energy, and promotional support into another artist only to watch the partnership collapse.

The record references XiOne The Femcee, formerly known as Harley Knoxx and E9YPT, though the artist states that the message extends far beyond one individual and reflects broader experiences many independent musicians face regarding collaboration, loyalty, reciprocity, and professionalism within the music industry.

"This record is for every independent artist who's ever been told, 'Help me, and I'll help you,' only to realize the help was expected to go in one direction."

           From Supporter to Songwriter

According to the artist, the events behind "Hit Em Up" began months before a diss record was ever considered.

The artist states that he spent time promoting the other artist's music, introducing the work to his audience, encouraging supporters and affiliates to give the music a chance, and voluntarily investing approximately $200 in TikTok Promote credits after hearing concerns regarding low visibility and limited exposure.

The promotional support was never required by any contract, creator network agreement, or formal business arrangement. Instead, it was viewed as an investment in another independent artist's future and a potential partnership built on mutual promotion.

"I wasn't looking for anything free. I believed we were building something together. I invested my time, my audience, and even promotional resources because that's what independent artists should do for each other when the support is mutual."

According to the artist, many listeners checked out the music because he encouraged them to do so. While the response from audiences was mixed, he continued supporting the work because he believed every artist deserves an opportunity to grow.

"Exposure opens the door. The music is what keeps people coming back."

           When Collaboration Became Conflict

Discussions surrounding a collaborative record eventually stalled despite months of planning.

According to the artist, what began as a promising partnership evolved into repeated delays, changing expectations, and what he viewed as an increasingly one-sided relationship.

During the collaboration process, the artist states that an individual described as the other artist's manager allegedly indicated there would be "no more free collaborations," despite his understanding that the proposed project was not intended to be a free feature request, but rather a partnership-style collaboration involving reciprocal promotion and mutual support.

"The idea was simple — we collaborate, we both benefit, and we both promote the record together. That's how independent artists are supposed to build with each other."

Rather than continuing to pursue a collaboration that never materialized, the experience was transformed into "Hit Em Up."

The result is a record that confronts:

            One-sided collaborations

            Transactional networking disguised as friendship

            Artists expecting promotion without reciprocation

            Broken promises in independent music

            Wasted time and creative energy

Standing up after feeling taken advantage of

A Preview That Sparked Immediate Reactions

Before the official release, preview clips of "Hit Em Up" circulated on TikTok and quickly drew attention.

According to the artist, reactions to the song began even before later public social media discussions surrounding the record.

After previewing the track, the artist states that he received direct messages regarding the song and the circumstances that inspired it.

According to the artist, the messages included criticism of the track, comments regarding the previously mentioned $200 TikTok Promote investment, and remarks questioning both the motivation behind the record and the quality of the music.

The messages allegedly included statements such as:

"Tf!? What is this supposed to be? Are you supposed to be dissing me or something? I'm confused."

           Another message allegedly stated:

"Lol this is the weakest, saddest thing I've ever seen . Do you need your little $200 back? Crying-a* response . Let me know the Cash App so I can refund your 'investment'..."*

According to the artist, the message continued with additional criticism regarding his music, production choices, and career decisions.

           Additional messages allegedly included:

           " "

           "Get a life please..."

           and

           " This is hilarious."

According to the artist, these private messages became part of the larger conversation surrounding "Hit Em Up" before the song's official release.

Following the private messages, public discussion regarding the record continued through TikTok posts and interactions.

According to the artist, a public post regarding the situation indicated that while a response diss track had been considered, the decision was ultimately made not to release one.

Following those interactions, the artist later commented:

"Weak response. Do response tracks exist anymore?"

According to the artist, the post was later removed, changed, or appeared differently afterward.

The artist states that the sequence of direct messages, public posts, comments, and interactions reinforced his belief that "Hit Em Up" had already become part of a larger conversation before many listeners had heard the full release.

"Hip-hop has always been competitive. Diss records and response records have been part of the culture for decades. Whether people agree or disagree with the song, the reactions themselves became part of the story."

More Than Entertainment — A Statement

While listeners will undoubtedly debate the lyrics, the artist says the purpose of "Hit Em Up" is bigger than a personal dispute.

He hopes the record encourages artists to think differently about collaboration, loyalty, communication, and professionalism in an era where social media often blurs the line between genuine support and self-interest.

"Independent artists don't need more fake networking. They need people who mean what they say. That's what this record stands for."

           Built for Conversation

From its opening bars to its closing verse, "Hit Em Up" embraces hip-hop's long tradition of lyrical confrontation while reflecting modern challenges faced by independent artists trying to build careers without major-label backing.

Produced by Don P, the record combines cinematic production with uncompromising lyricism and a message designed to spark discussion well beyond the music itself.

Whether audiences view it as a bold callout, a cautionary tale, or simply another chapter in independent hip-hop storytelling, one thing is clear:

In a resurfaced clip from Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blonde podcast that exploded online on October 31, 2025, legendary rapper Tech N9ne (real name Aaron Dontez Yates) casually opened up about one of the darkest chapters of his childhood: a full sexual relationship with his 21-year-old 7th-grade teacher when he was just 12 or 13 years old.

The interview, originally recorded earlier in 2025, has left many viewers stunned — not only because of the content, but because of the way the story is told and received.

            ### How It Started

Tech explains it began innocently enough. He showed his teacher a photo of his father in an LAPD uniform. From that day on, she began complimenting him daily as students left the classroom:

           > “Aaron is sooo cute!”

She was beautiful, he recalls, and he was flattered. Soon he was skipping lunch to visit her alone in the classroom. Eventually the “help after school” excuse turned into trips to her house, where the sexual relationship took place.

They were nearly caught once when another student walked by and saw something suspicious. Both were called to the principal’s office. Tech, still loyal to her, denied everything and pleaded her case:

           > “I remember being real serious… ‘Nothing happened.’ We didn’t get in trouble because I didn’t tell.”

           ### “I Was in Love”

Throughout the interview, Tech repeatedly insists he doesn’t blame the teacher and that he was genuinely in love. Even decades later, he romanticizes the relationship and refuses to label it abuse.

He recalls the last day of 8th grade walking past her classroom, seeing she was now married and had changed her name. She called out:

           > “Hey! You’re not gonna give me a hug? Not gonna see you again — you’re going to high school.”

He gave her a hug and never saw her again.

           ### The Double Standard

Host Bunnie XO pushes back several times, pointing out the glaring gender double standard:

           > “It’s so hard to wrap my brain around that… If we switch places and it was a man doing that to a little girl, we would all f***ing lose our minds.”

Tech eventually acknowledges he later heard rumors that he “wasn’t the only one” — strongly implying the teacher had done this with other students as well.

           ### A Textbook Case of Grooming

Regardless of how Tech N9ne chooses to remember it today, what he describes meets every legal and psychological definition of child sexual abuse and grooming:

           - A 21-year-old adult in a position of authority

           - Targeting a pre-teen child

           - Gradually escalating from compliments → private time → sexual contact

           - Using excuses (“helping after school”) to isolate the child

           - Relying on the child’s silence and loyalty to avoid consequences

In 2025, this is statutory rape and teacher-student sexual misconduct in all 50 states — felony charges that would destroy careers and send perpetrators to prison.

           ### Why Male Victims Are Often Overlooked

Many male survivors of female-perpetrated abuse struggle to recognize it as trauma, especially when society still jokes about “lucky” boys who “bagged the hot teacher.” That cultural myth keeps countless men from processing what happened to them.

Tech N9ne’s story is a painful but important reminder: predators come in all genders, and children cannot consent — no matter how “mature” they seem or how much they think they’re in love.

           Dark story? Absolutely.

And one that deserves to be called what it is: abuse.

           Time is pretty valuable.

It’s literally a credit you can exchange for money. If you have no time, you have no money.

Sure, most of us already trade 40+ hours a week at a 9-5 (or whatever shift) for an hourly paycheck or salary. That time is spoken for. I’m not talking about that time.

I’m talking about your **free time**.

           The hours you spend:

           - Watching TV

           - Playing video games

           - Scrolling social media

           - Petting your cat for three hours straight

           - Watching the news

           - Obsessing over politics

           - Posting rants on Facebook or X about public figures

That time is pure, unallocated capital—the raw material of every dream you say you have but never make progress on.

Every minute you give to those things is a minute you’re choosing **not** to:

           - Build a side income stream

           - Work on your art

           - Write, record, and market your music

           - Learn a skill that pays 5-10× what you make now

           - Create content

           - Build a personal brand

           - Start the business you keep talking about

Instead of complaining on social media about things you have zero control over, you could be creating something that puts money in your pocket while you sleep.

When you drown in worry, gloom, and endless outrage, you stay stuck in the exact same spot. That negativity is a distraction from your own success.

You could be using that same time to:

           - Grow your audience

           - Reach new customers

           - Deliver value to clients

           - Build something that compounds and gives you real options in life

The more intentional hours you invest in yourself, the bigger your brand (and bank account) can grow.

           So ask yourself—honestly:

Is it worth ranting about things you can’t change…

or is it worth focusing on your own brand, reaching consumers, and building supplemental income that can eventually turn into real wealth?

You decide your own destiny. No one else is coming to save you or hand you the life you want.

           People always ask me:

“Why don’t you play video games anymore?”

“Why don’t you ever watch TV or binge shows?”

           My answer is simple:

Because it’s a total waste of time.

That doesn’t mean I hate fun. It means I did the math and decided my future is worth more than another season of someone else’s story or another ranked match that pays exactly $0.

           Your free time is finite.

Treat it like the most expensive resource you’ll ever own—because it is.

           Be picky with it.

The life you want is on the other side of better decisions about how you spend your evenings and weekends.

           Choose wisely.

A bold opinion piece exposing how modern jobs manipulate workers through control, unfair scheduling, and psychological ownership.

You ever notice how jobs make schedules that seem designed to trap you? They’ll start your week with a day or two off, then schedule you five days straight. But here’s the trick — when the next week begins, they’ll schedule you again just a day or two later, making it feel like you’re working an entire week without ever getting overtime.

Then there’s the group chat politics — you’re added to a work text thread, and even on your day off, they expect you to respond. Ignore it, and suddenly they act irritated, throwing subtle shade or body language that screams “you’re not a team player.”

Try to speak up about your availability — maybe you can’t close one night or have a personal matter — and your boss will say, “It’s required.” If you respond politely, they’ll twist it into “you’re having an attitude.” It’s not about teamwork; it’s about obedience.

And let’s not forget the write-ups. Ever notice how management loves to find reasons to write you up for the very same things they do? When a superior says, “We’re not out to get you,” that’s usually the biggest red flag — they probably are.

To them, your paycheck isn’t just compensation — it’s an investment. And in their mind, when they invest in something, they own it. That’s how they see you: company property.

Your availability? Irrelevant. Their only concern is their ego and control. Remember when employers tried to force employees to take the “uncertain” vaccine during 2020’s chaos? Same mindset — comply or lose your job.

Unhappy with your pay or workload? Too bad. Complain, and you’re “breaking policy.” They’ll tell you to “be grateful,” as if struggling to survive paycheck to paycheck is something to smile about. Meanwhile, we’re the ones paying for housing, food, transportation, rent, taxes — and somehow still blamed for not “doing enough.”

If your boss’s favorite messes up, you’ll be the one cleaning it up — in the name of “teamwork.” And if you push back, they’ll gaslight you, saying it’s “just their opinion,” when in reality, you’re pointing out facts.

Stand up for yourself, and suddenly, you’re written up or told, “It’s hard to find work out there.” They’ll remind you they “did you a favor” by hiring you, as if that justifies disrespect. You could do everything right — show up early, follow the job description, go above and beyond — and they’ll still find something to complain about.

They don’t want workers. They want servants who never question authority. They’ll cut your hours one week, extend your shifts the next, and call it “balance.” When you point out the unfairness, they’ll say, “You’re earning money, so why complain?”

But here’s the truth: it’s not about laziness or entitlement — it’s about dignity. About not being treated like property in a system that profits off your exhaustion.

So will we ever have freedom and financial stability? Or are we doomed to work for “the man” forever — trapped in this invisible plantation they call the workforce?

Rest assured, there’s hope. The first step to breaking free is recognizing the system for what it is — and refusing to let them convince you that you owe them your life just because they pay you by the hour.

Back before we had AI, livestreaming apps, or TikTok—before algorithms decided what we see—music promotion was a completely different game. There was a time when even a small post on MySpace, Facebook, Tagged, or MyYearbook could gain traction. Promoting music used to be as simple as uploading a song and sharing it with friends. YouTube was small, views came easier, and artists could organically grow their audience.

           What Changed?

Today, self-promotion looks nothing like it did in the early 2000s. To market yourself in 2025, you have to create content—videos, reels, shorts, even stories like this one. The audience that once gathered in clubs and venues is now mostly online. Handing out flyers on the street still works, but it’s not the powerhouse tool it once was.

Performing live has evolved too. You no longer need a venue or tour bus to reach people—you just need a phone and a stable internet connection. Livestreaming platforms like TikTok have become the new stages. Artists can now record songs in front of a live audience, interact with fans, and even perform directly from their home studios.

The New Structure of the Underground

The underground music scene has transformed. Back in the 90s and early 2000s, artists depended on record labels for promotion, artist development, and exposure. Today, those tools are in the artist’s hands. Musicians can build their own brands, release their own press materials, and market their work globally—all without a label.

Independent artists now invest in their own marketing—running ads, creating content, and distributing press releases. They also have the power to release their own music directly through digital distributors such as DistroKid, TuneCore, UnitedMasters, and others—something that once required a label or a major deal. The playing field is global, not local. The “local artist” concept is fading fast. In 2025, every independent artist has a worldwide platform at their fingertips.

           The Cultural Shift

But there’s another change—cultural. The underground once stood apart from the mainstream, known for unity, authenticity, and creativity. Now, parts of the underground are beginning to mirror the mainstream’s drama, division, and competition.

Still, a new wave is rising. The Gen Alpha generation is shaping its own underground culture with artists like Ken Carson, Yung Gravy, and Playboi Carti—technically mainstream, yet still carrying that underground spirit.

Meanwhile, the classic underground that shaped Millennials and Gen X gave us names like Insane Clown Posse, Tech N9ne, AMB, MARZ, Esham, Potluck, Twiztid, Bizarre, Brotha Lynch Hung, Mr. Garth Cultivader, and Kottonmouth Kings (before the KMK and Potluck feud). That era built the foundation for what the underground stands for: self-expression without compromise.

           The New Underground Begins

The underground today is deeper than ever—hidden beneath algorithms and trends, but thriving in creativity and independence.

And at the heart of this new era, SDBG Studios LLC is building the structure that defines it.

            Figure It Out

,” delivering a message that speaks directly to the human experience — life is full of challenges, and we all have things to figure out along the way.

Packed with nostalgic 90’s hip-hop vibes, the track blends introspection with empowerment. Rather than chasing validation from others, Reverie focuses on doing it for herself — a bold reminder to listeners that you can build something out of nothing.

The song reflects on the ongoing battle between peace and reality. As Reverie puts it through her lyrics, reality will never be fully peaceful — challenges will always exist, both in career and personal life. Yet through it all, her message is clear: no one can put a price on her life or define her worth.

“Ain’t nobody made her love herself like they love her,” the song suggests — emphasizing that self-love begins within. “Figure It Out” captures her journey from who she used to be to the woman she has become today, standing in her truth and owning her power.

It’s an inspiring, emotionally charged track that mixes authenticity, grit, and growth — a true reflection of Reverie’s artistry.

They say there are “plenty of fish in the sea.” But for many Millennials, Gen Z, and even Generation Alpha entering adulthood, finding the right partner can feel like searching for a single fish in an ocean full of mirages.

The modern dating landscape, shaped by technology, changing social values, and emotional burnout, has become one of the most confusing and frustrating aspects of modern life. What happened to real connection? And why does dating feel harder than ever before?

The Fear Factor: Rejection, Dishonesty, and Heartbreak

At the core of today’s dating struggle lies fear—fear of rejection, dishonesty, and emotional pain. Many people are still carrying wounds from previous relationships or have seen too many examples of betrayal and ghosting.

This emotional exhaustion has created a defensive dating culture where people guard their hearts instead of opening them. Vulnerability, once seen as a sign of strength, now feels like a dangerous risk few are willing to take.

           Shifting Priorities: Independence Over Intimacy

For younger generations, independence has become the new intimacy. Career goals, creative pursuits, and personal freedom often take precedence over relationships.

Unlike past generations, many people today don’t see marriage or long-term commitment as the ultimate goal. Instead, they value growth and self-fulfillment — even if that means staying single.

While empowering, this mindset can also isolate. The pursuit of freedom sometimes leaves little room for partnership, and the fear of losing autonomy can make lasting relationships seem unappealing or even threatening.

           The Hookup Culture Dilemma

Modern dating often exists within the realm of hookup culture, where physical attraction replaces emotional connection. Dating apps and nightlife environments promote short-term satisfaction over long-term depth, turning romance into a game of convenience.

While this can feel liberating to some, others walk away feeling disposable. The endless cycle of temporary connections can create emotional fatigue, making it harder to form trust or commitment when real feelings finally appear.

Technology and the Illusion of Choice

Dating apps were supposed to make finding love easier. Instead, they’ve created an illusion of abundance. With endless profiles to swipe through, people now treat dating like online shopping — comparing, rejecting, and second-guessing every choice.

This constant exposure to “options” has made it harder to appreciate imperfection. Communication has also changed: meaningful conversations are replaced with text threads, and connection competes with digital distraction.

Technology has connected us globally but disconnected us emotionally.

           Unrealistic Expectations and Media Influence

From rom-coms and influencer couples to social media highlight reels, today’s media has distorted our expectations of love.

We’ve been conditioned to seek perfect partners, flawless romance, and constant excitement. But real relationships involve effort, compromise, and imperfection — the very things most people now mistake for incompatibility.

Even entertainment we grew up with can shape how we see love, subtly teaching us to expect fantasy rather than reality.

Confidence, Comparison, and the “Out of My League” Mindset

Social media has fueled a crisis of confidence. Comparing ourselves to others’ looks, lifestyles, or relationships leaves many people feeling inadequate or unworthy of love.

This fuels the “out of my league” mentality that prevents connections before they even begin. The fear of rejection or not being “enough” keeps many single people stuck in cycles of self-doubt, even when opportunities arise.

Is the Dating Culture Dying — or Just Evolving?

Some argue that dating is dead. But perhaps what we’re witnessing is an evolution, not extinction.

People are redefining what love means in a world that values independence, equality, and self-awareness. They’re setting higher standards, demanding respect, and prioritizing emotional health.

It may be that the dating culture isn’t dying—it’s detoxing. The chaos could be the growing pains of a generation refusing to settle for less than genuine connection.

           Finding Hope in the Chaos

Despite the challenges, love isn’t gone—it’s simply harder to recognize. Real relationships still exist; they just require patience, communication, and courage.

In an era of instant gratification, true love demands something radical: slowing down. It’s not about swiping faster or talking to more people—it’s about being honest, intentional, and human.

Love isn’t dead; it’s adapting. And maybe that’s exactly what it needs to survive.

           Final Thought

The dating world isn’t broken—it’s transforming. What feels like a crisis might actually be a cultural reset. As technology, priorities, and expectations evolve, so must our understanding of connection.

The question isn’t “Why is dating so hard?” but “How can we learn to love differently in a world that’s constantly changing?”

Additionally, there’s the question of whether 1Ton will continue making music at all or focus solely on his work as a tour manager for Tech N9ne and other Strange Music artists. Another possibility is that he may continue releasing singles instead of full albums while maintaining his tour management work.

What is clear is that a Potluck reunion is unlikely, and the fate of OGMC remains uncertain. Will it ever be released, or has it been permanently shelved? Only time will tell if 1Ton will drop OGMC for fans to hear.

Do You Think There Really Is a Secret Umbrella for Employers to Find Out About Your Past Work History?

Explore this thought provoking piece on whether a secret employer network exists behind the scenes From social media monitoring to shared corporate control.

Imagine an organization that oversees all major brands across every sector — hospitality, banking, restaurants, fast food, customer service, retail, medical, automotive, and more. Picture one elite billionaire pulling the strings behind it all.

This establishment would hold every record: your employment history, references, even a “do not hire” list accessible to all employers. It could make it nearly impossible to return to work or advance in your career — degree or not. They might even assess your attitude and behavior to decide whether you’re worth keeping, regardless of your actual work ethic.

Now imagine your facial expressions being monitored with every move, making it hard to even smile without it being analyzed — all of it quietly shaping your credibility in the workforce. A secret network that’s been hidden for centuries. Sounds like a conspiracy theory, right? Maybe it’s half true.

In today’s world, employers already check your social media — Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. They can use what you post as grounds for discipline or termination. But could there be something even deeper?

Sometimes, it feels like every supervisor — no matter the company — says the same things, acts the same way, and uses the same tactics. Speak up about a real issue, and they’ll weaponize “attitude” against you. Think HR will protect you? They’re often there to defend the establishment, not the employee.

It makes you wonder — do all these leaders secretly know each other? Why do so many workplaces feel like different versions of the same system?

Maybe it’s just coincidence. Or maybe it’s a mystery that won’t be solved until the truth finally reveals itself.

Salt Lake City , Utah –10/17/2025 – Utah-based artist P-Stubbz801, now 31 years old, drops his latest single “Intuitions Deep,” produced by the talented Don P, delivering a deeply introspective track about resilience, betrayal, and the value of trust.

P-Stubbz801 began writing rap and hip-hop music at 15 and a half years old, taking a different path than most local Utah artists, who often rely on small local shows with limited audiences. From the start, he focused on sharing his music with the world online, normalizing and promoting self-expression through the internet rather than being confined to the local scene.

“Intuitions Deep” speaks to never giving up, even when confronted with people who try to bring you down. The track also emphasizes the confidence of reclaiming a reputation slowly rebuilt after words were tampered against him, highlighting resilience in the face of character attacks.

The single also serves as an unofficial forgiveness for a friend who cut ties for unjustified reasons—a relationship P-Stubbz801 explored in his earlier track “Dear Friend.” Although apology rumors circulated, no direct reconciliation occurred, leaving him guided by his intuition.

The song further reflects the pain of losing friends—whether through betrayal or passing—capturing a raw perspective on loyalty, trust, and perseverance. Through it all, P-Stubbz801 sends a powerful message: keep moving forward, trust your instincts, rebuild your confidence, and stay focused on your vision.
