Referral & Application Instructions
Step 1: Complete the Cutting Edge Application
Begin by completing the Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC Application through the referral pathway provided by SDBG Studios LLC.
Please provide accurate and complete information. The application collects information needed to begin your consideration for future independent creator opportunities with Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
After submitting the application, you will be automatically directed to the Cutting Edge Qualification Questionnaire.
Your application process is not complete until you have completed the questionnaire and joined the required Cutting Edge Discord server.
Step 2: Complete the Qualification Questionnaire
Immediately after submitting your application, complete the Cutting Edge Qualification Questionnaire.
The questionnaire is a continued part of your application and is used to collect additional information regarding your creator experience, LIVE streaming interests, availability, professionalism, goals, and readiness for potential future creator opportunities.
Please answer all questions accurately and completely.
Completing the application without completing the questionnaire may result in your application remaining incomplete and not advancing to the next stage of consideration.
Step 3: Join the Cutting Edge Discord Server — Required
The official Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC Discord invitation link is provided on the Qualification Questionnaire.
Applicants are required to use that link to join the Cutting Edge Discord server as part of the application and pre-registration process.
Joining the Discord server is required to be placed on the Cutting Edge Creator Waitlist.
The Discord server will be used to provide waitlist information, important announcements, pre-onboarding resources, training materials, updates, and instructions regarding future steps in the process.
Applicants should remain in the server and monitor applicable waitlist channels for updates from Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.
Failure to join the required Discord server may prevent an applicant from being placed on or continuing through the Cutting Edge Creator Waitlist process.
Joining the Discord server itself does not guarantee acceptance, contracting, compensation, or placement in any future creator network.
Step 4: Application Review & Screening
Once your application and questionnaire have been submitted and you have joined the required Discord server, your information may be reviewed by Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.
Applicants who meet the initial screening criteria may advance to additional stages of the waitlist and pre-registration process.
Completion of these requirements makes an applicant eligible for waitlist consideration but does not guarantee advancement or final selection.
Step 5: AI Creator Interview
Applicants who advance may be invited to participate in an AI-powered creator interview as an additional part of the screening process.
The interview may cover creator experience, LIVE streaming goals, availability, professionalism, creator expectations, and readiness for potential future opportunities.
Completing an interview does not guarantee selection, contracting, compensation, or placement in a future creator program.
Step 6: Cutting Edge Creator Waitlist & Pre-Onboarding
Applicants who successfully complete the applicable requirements and advance through screening may be placed on the Cutting Edge Creator Waitlist.
Waitlisted applicants may receive access through Discord to applicable pre-onboarding information, announcements, training materials, creator resources, and future instructions.
Applicants may remain under consideration for up to 180 days from the date of application while Cutting Edge conducts screening, creator interviews, identity verification where applicable, creator-program preparation, and applicable business or platform-related processes.
The 180-day period is a maximum consideration period and is not a guarantee of acceptance, an interview, a contract, compensation, or TikTok Creator Network enrollment.
Step 7: Contracting if Selected
If Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC becomes able to offer an applicant a creator opportunity and the applicant is selected, the applicant may receive an independent contractor agreement and other applicable agreements, policies, or onboarding requirements.
Applicants should carefully review all agreements before signing.
If selected and contracted, creators will participate as independent contractors under a commission-based compensation structure, subject to the terms of their executed agreement.
Completion of the application, questionnaire, Discord requirement, screening, AI interview, waitlist, or pre-onboarding process does not by itself establish a contractual relationship with Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.

SDBG Studios LLC provides a referral pathway for individuals interested in being considered for future opportunities with Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.
Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC is responsible for its applicant screening, questionnaire review, Discord requirements, interviews, waitlist decisions, selection decisions, contracting, and creator-related operations.
A referral from SDBG Studios LLC does not constitute acceptance or approval by Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC.
Confidentiality & Privacy Notice
Information submitted through the referral and application process may be used for legitimate referral, application, screening, verification, interview, waitlist, pre-onboarding, administrative, and creator-program purposes.
Information may be transferred between SDBG Studios LLC and Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC when reasonably necessary to administer the referral and application process, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
By continuing through the referral process, applicants acknowledge that information submitted through the SDBG Studios referral pathway may be provided to Cutting Edge Talent Services LLC for consideration.
