Breach of Contract Penalty:

As per the contract you signed upon joining our network, there is a stipulation regarding early termination or breach of contract. Please note, should you decide to leave, there will be a penalty as outlined in your agreement:

  Penalty for Breach: As per Section 1 of your contract, a penalty fee is applicable if the terms of the contract are not fulfilled. This fee ensures that the network can continue to support and invest in its community of creators, Not to mention the time that is covered with our communications and services.

Details of the Penalty:

• 
  Amount: Please look on your contract for the specific details on what the penalty is.
• Payment Terms: The penalty must be paid within 2 weeks from the date of submitting the breach request. Submitting the form will redirect you to the Cash App page for payment.
• Late Fees: A late fee of $50 will be applied for each payment not made within the specified time frame.
