• Payment Terms: Payment must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the breach request.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If payment is not received by the specific deadline within this 2-week period, your account will be sent to collections.
• Late Fee: $50 will apply to any overdue payments.
