SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — July 21, 2026 — On 7/10/2026 Independent recording artist P-Stubbz801 has officially released "Hit Em Up," a new diss single produced by Don P and inspired by a real-life collaboration that ultimately fell apart.

Prior to its release, preview clips circulated on TikTok, generating discussion among followers and members of the independent hip-hop community. Following its official release, the record has continued to spark conversations regarding artist partnerships, mutual promotion, and professionalism within independent music.

Unlike many diss records built around manufactured controversy, "Hit Em Up" is rooted in what the artist describes as a real-life experience involving a failed collaboration, one-sided promotion, and the frustrations of investing time, energy, and promotional support into another artist only to watch the partnership collapse.

The record references XiOne The Femcee, formerly known as Harley Knoxx and E9YPT, though the artist states that the message extends far beyond one individual and reflects broader experiences many independent musicians face regarding collaboration, loyalty, reciprocity, and professionalism within the music industry.

"This record is for every independent artist who's ever been told, 'Help me, and I'll help you,' only to realize the help was expected to go in one direction."

From Supporter to Songwriter

According to the artist, the events behind "Hit Em Up" began months before a diss record was ever considered.

The artist states that he spent time promoting the other artist's music, introducing the work to his audience, encouraging supporters and affiliates to give the music a chance, and voluntarily investing approximately $200 in TikTok Promote credits after hearing concerns regarding low visibility and limited exposure.

The promotional support was never required by any contract, creator network agreement, or formal business arrangement. Instead, it was viewed as an investment in another independent artist's future and a potential partnership built on mutual promotion.

"I wasn't looking for anything free. I believed we were building something together. I invested my time, my audience, and even promotional resources because that's what independent artists should do for each other when the support is mutual."

According to the artist, many listeners checked out the music because he encouraged them to do so. While the response from audiences was mixed, he continued supporting the work because he believed every artist deserves an opportunity to grow.

"Exposure opens the door. The music is what keeps people coming back."

When Collaboration Became Conflict

Discussions surrounding a collaborative record eventually stalled despite months of planning.

According to the artist, what began as a promising partnership evolved into repeated delays, changing expectations, and what he viewed as an increasingly one-sided relationship.

During the collaboration process, the artist states that an individual described as the other artist's manager allegedly indicated there would be "no more free collaborations," despite his understanding that the proposed project was not intended to be a free feature request, but rather a partnership-style collaboration involving reciprocal promotion and mutual support.

"The idea was simple — we collaborate, we both benefit, and we both promote the record together. That's how independent artists are supposed to build with each other."

Rather than continuing to pursue a collaboration that never materialized, the experience was transformed into "Hit Em Up."

The result is a record that confronts:

  • One-sided collaborations
  • Transactional networking disguised as friendship
  • Artists expecting promotion without reciprocation
  • Broken promises in independent music
  • Wasted time and creative energy
  • Standing up after feeling taken advantage of

A Preview That Sparked Immediate Reactions

Before the official release, preview clips of "Hit Em Up" circulated on TikTok and quickly drew attention.

According to the artist, reactions to the song began even before later public social media discussions surrounding the record.

After previewing the track, the artist states that he received direct messages regarding the song and the circumstances that inspired it.

According to the artist, the messages included criticism of the track, comments regarding the previously mentioned $200 TikTok Promote investment, and remarks questioning both the motivation behind the record and the quality of the music.

The messages allegedly included statements such as:

"Tf!? What is this supposed to be? Are you supposed to be dissing me or something? I'm confused."

Another message allegedly stated:

"Lol this is the weakest, saddest thing I've ever seen 😂. Do you need your little $200 back? Crying-a* response 😂. Let me know the Cash App so I can refund your 'investment'..."*

According to the artist, the message continued with additional criticism regarding his music, production choices, and career decisions.

Additional messages allegedly included:

"😂 😂"

"Get a life please..."

and

"😂 This is hilarious."

According to the artist, these private messages became part of the larger conversation surrounding "Hit Em Up" before the song's official release.

Following the private messages, public discussion regarding the record continued through TikTok posts and interactions.

According to the artist, a public post regarding the situation indicated that while a response diss track had been considered, the decision was ultimately made not to release one.

Following those interactions, the artist later commented:

"Weak response. Do response tracks exist anymore?"

According to the artist, the post was later removed, changed, or appeared differently afterward.

The artist states that the sequence of direct messages, public posts, comments, and interactions reinforced his belief that "Hit Em Up" had already become part of a larger conversation before many listeners had heard the full release.

"Hip-hop has always been competitive. Diss records and response records have been part of the culture for decades. Whether people agree or disagree with the song, the reactions themselves became part of the story."

More Than Entertainment — A Statement

While listeners will undoubtedly debate the lyrics, the artist says the purpose of "Hit Em Up" is bigger than a personal dispute.

He hopes the record encourages artists to think differently about collaboration, loyalty, communication, and professionalism in an era where social media often blurs the line between genuine support and self-interest.

"Independent artists don't need more fake networking. They need people who mean what they say. That's what this record stands for."

Built for Conversation

From its opening bars to its closing verse, "Hit Em Up" embraces hip-hop's long tradition of lyrical confrontation while reflecting modern challenges faced by independent artists trying to build careers without major-label backing.

Produced by Don P, the record combines cinematic production with uncompromising lyricism and a message designed to spark discussion well beyond the music itself.

Whether audiences view it as a bold callout, a cautionary tale, or simply another chapter in independent hip-hop storytelling, one thing is clear:

"Hit Em Up" represents one of P-Stubbz801's most personal and conversation-provoking releases to date.

If you're serious about building a career on TikTok LIVE — not just going live once in a while, but actually growing an audience, monetizing your streams, and developing as a creator — then going it alone is the hard way. A TikTok LIVE agency exists to change that. And for streamers, influencers, and content creators who are ready to commit to their craft, joining one is one of the most strategic decisions you can make. This post breaks down exactly what a TikTok LIVE agency does, why it matters for your growth, and what to look for when choosing the right one. What Is a TikTok LIVE Agency — and Why Does It Exist? TikTok's platform is massive, but it's also noisy. Millions of creators are competing for attention every single day. Without structure, strategy, and support, even talented creators can spend months going live to almost no one — burning out before they ever find their footing. A TikTok LIVE agency — also known as a TikTok Creator Network — is an officially recognized partner that works within TikTok's ecosystem to support creators who are committed to live streaming as a serious pursuit. Agencies provide onboarding, coaching, compliance guidance, scheduling strategy, and in many cases, direct access to tools and resources that independent creators don't have on their own. Think of it like the difference between a musician recording songs in their bedroom versus signing with a label that has studio access, distribution, and a promotional team. The talent still drives everything — but the infrastructure makes the difference between being heard and being overlooked. The Real Benefits of Joining a TikTok LIVE Agency 1. Structure That Actually Drives Growth One of the biggest reasons creators stall on TikTok LIVE is inconsistency. Going live randomly, without a set schedule or strategy, makes it nearly impossible to build a loyal audience. Viewers need to know when to find you. A TikTok LIVE agency gives you a framework — minimum streaming hours, recommended time slots, and scheduling guidance based on what actually works on the platform. For most creators, that structure alone is the difference between stagnation and steady growth. 2. Onboarding and Training Resources Most new streamers have no idea what makes a TikTok LIVE successful. Camera setup, engagement tactics, how to handle gifting, how to interact with your audience in real time, how to avoid violations — these are skills that take time to develop on your own. A professional TikTok LIVE agency provides onboarding resources, training materials, and coaching that shortens that learning curve significantly. Instead of figuring everything out through trial and error, you get a head start backed by experience. 3. Monetization Support TikTok LIVE monetization through gifting is real — but it requires an engaged audience and an understanding of how to create a live environment that encourages it. Without knowing how the gifting ecosystem works, most creators leave money on the table. An agency helps you understand the mechanics of TikTok LIVE monetization, how to build streams that attract gifting activity, and how to set goals that are realistic based on your current stage of growth. 4. Compliance and Account Protection TikTok has strict community guidelines for live content, and violations can result in LIVE restrictions or account bans. Many creators don't find out what the rules are until they've already broken them. A TikTok LIVE agency conducts compliance reviews and keeps you informed about platform standards, so your account stays in good standing and your growth isn't interrupted by avoidable violations. 5. Community and Network Streaming alone can be isolating — especially in the early stages when your audience is still small. Being part of a creator network means you're connected to other streamers who are on the same journey, facing the same challenges, and building toward the same goals. That community aspect is underrated. Shared knowledge, mutual support, and network cross-promotion can accelerate your growth in ways that solo streaming simply can't replicate. Who Benefits Most from Joining a TikTok LIVE Agency? A TikTok LIVE agency isn't for every creator — it's for creators who are serious. Specifically, you're a strong fit if you are: An aspiring TikTok streamer who wants to build a real, consistent presence on TikTok LIVE and is willing to commit to a regular schedule A content creator who has been posting on TikTok but hasn't cracked live streaming yet and wants guided support to get started the right way An influencer who already has an audience and wants to deepen engagement, build loyalty, and open up a new monetization stream through TikTok LIVE gifting A music artist who wants to perform and promote their music live, directly in front of fans, with the platform infrastructure to support it If you're looking for a shortcut or a passive income hack, a TikTok LIVE agency isn't that. But if you're willing to put in the hours and want real support while you do it — an agency is one of the best investments you can make in your creator career. What to Look for in a TikTok LIVE Agency Not every agency operates the same way. Before committing to any TikTok LIVE agency, evaluate them against these standards: Transparency: Clear contract terms, straightforward obligations, and honest communication about what is expected from both sides Legitimacy: A verifiable business presence, real contact information, and an established track record Realistic commitments: A minimum streaming requirement that is achievable — typically around 15 hours across 7 days per month Real support: Actual onboarding, training resources, and a point of contact — not just a contract and a login If an agency can't clearly answer basic questions about how they operate, what your contract covers, and what support you'll actually receive — walk away. Common Mistakes Creators Make Before Joining an Agency Waiting Until They Have a Big Following Many creators hold off on joining a TikTok LIVE agency because they think they need to grow first. In reality, the agency structure is most valuable in the early and mid stages of growth — when you need guidance the most. Waiting until you're already big means you spent your hardest months without support. Streaming Without a Schedule Going live whenever you feel like it is one of the most common growth killers on TikTok LIVE. Audiences can't build around a creator they can't find consistently. Before you ever go live, you should have set days and times — and stick to them. Ignoring Prime Time TikTok LIVE has peak activity windows, and streaming outside of them dramatically reduces your visibility. Prime streaming times are generally 6PM to 8PM EST — when the platform sees the highest volume of active viewers and gifting activity. Underestimating the Learning Curve TikTok LIVE looks simple from the outside but has real depth when it comes to audience engagement, content strategy, and platform compliance. Creators who treat it casually rarely build momentum. Those who treat it like a craft — studying what works, getting feedback, and improving over time — are the ones who grow.
